Book meetings

Book meetings are one of the main forms of activity of the Grotowski Institute. As well as arranging seminar sessions devoted to our own recent publications, we invite the authors of Wroclaw theatre publications (most often issued by the Publishing House of the University of Wroclaw, as part of the series 'Dramat – Teatr' ['Drama – Theatre'], edited by Prof. Janusz Degler), as well as those of important books related to Polish theatre and culture. The meetings are often connected to major events within our calendar, such as presentations of performances, conferences, or Work Exchanges. The Grotowski Institute also promotes its own publications, as well as those issued in collaboration with other publishers, elsewhere in Poland and abroad. |
